Why can't I change my email address?

Unfortunately, we can't change the email address that is linked to your account. This is because you log in using your email address, so if you updated your email address you could no longer log in.

Here's what you CAN do:

1) You can send a card using a different email address- when you go to send the card, just delete the auto-filled email address and add the address you want to send from.

2) If you want your account to come up under a different email address, you will have to create a new account using the new email address. You can do that here: https://www.salemallpass.com/sign-up/cc/default
